- Help the elderly rake their yard;
- Teach someone how to swim;
- Teach friends things you know well;
- Teach a friend how to play soccer;
- Help someone practice;
- Help someone clean;
- Show more love and respect;
- Practice harder;
- Catch your frustration before it gets worse;
- Play less video games and work harder on writing;
- Exercise more;
- Do more Science Experiments;
- Practice more math facts facts;
- Watch less TV and read more;
- Be punctual;
- Eat better.
